GUEST PARKING PERMITS
Per the CC&Rs, the garage should be utilized to capacity for vehicles. The driveway can be used for overflow or guest parking. If both the garage and driveway are full of vehicles, then the homeowner may request a temporary parking permit for any guests visiting who would need to park on the street. Without parking passes, vehicles on the street will receive tickets. To request a parking permit for a future visitor, please fill out the form with the visitor’s vehicle information.
If you need a parking permit outside office hours (evenings, weekends, or holidays), please submit the form below. You may still receive a citation; management will void it when they return to the office.
