The Architectural Control Committee serves to help Lakeside homeowners and residents know, understand, and adhere to the architectural guidelines established for our community. The committee is responsible for reviewing, approving or denying modifications in accordance with the community’s CC&R’s. A full copy of the Design Review Guidelines and Community Rules & Regulations is available below for download.

Per CCRs, all Modification plans must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to having any work actually completed. Applications help ensure the community remains esthetically cohesive. The Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Applications must be submitted no later than the Friday prior to the meeting date to be included in that month’s review.

Are you planning an architectural improvement or exterior paint update for your home? Before you begin work, you must submit an application. Reference the list of Lakeside Rules & Regulations and follow this checklist to ensure your application is clear for review. The application requires the following information:

• Owner Information (address, phone & email)

• Detailed Scope of Work

• Contractor’s Information & License (if available)

• Provide color photos

• $50 processing fee

• For paint changes, please complete the online Exterior Paint Application

• For Architectural changes, please complete the Architectural Application PDF
